What Makes TLC Carpet Care Better? Carpet Cleaners Castle Rock Co

We TLC Carpet Care in Castle Rock Co have a local reputation that is better than anyone. We have the best carpet cleaning equipment in the industry, the safest carpet cleaning chemicals and the most experienced and certified technicians. We also provide exceptional customer service, taking the time to explain the carpet cleaning process to our Castle Rock customers.

TLC Carpet Care has a 9 -step process that we use to clean your carpets:

  1. Walk Thru- inspection – Our carpet cleaning technician will inspect your problem areas as well as documenting and carpet damage and soiling levels. They will also advise you of any possible permanent staining and cost of cleaning before we begin.
  2. Furniture Moving – Some light furniture will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as bedroom furniture and heavier items will not be moved at all. The furniture will be protected with styrofoam blocks and plastic tabs.
  3. Pretreating – The carpet is pre-treated with special cleaning enzymes specially designed for your level of soiling. This will help break up the soil to make rinsing more effective. If your carpet is plush, wool, olefin berber, nylon loop, our technicians will be using carpet cleaning chemicals  designed for that carpet.
  4. Post- Raking – A conditioner is then worked into the fiber using a rake to make the carpet plush.
  5. Rinse & Extract – Once the soil has been extracted, our ProChem state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet. This step rinses the carpet from all treatments and debris.
  6. Neutralize – Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced at 7.5 so there is no soap left behind. This treatment is applied as a rinse through the machine or is applied after rinsing depending on soil conditions.
  7. Air Fans – High velocity air fans are placed on top the carpet to speed dry the carpet.
  8. Post Grooming – The carpet pile is set in one direction (using a carpet rake) for faster drying time.
  9. Post Inspection – Our techs will do a walk thru with you to inspect our cleaning and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
