Approximately 75% of Castle Rock residents are pet owners and most of them don't know what to use when it comes to cleaning their carpets after a pet accident. A common mistake is to go to the nearest Home Depot or Lowes and buy carpet cleaning products.  Most of what is available that they have on the shelf is not even chemically effective in removing pet stains.
