Step 3: Pre-Treating 

Depending on level of soling, the rug will be pre-treated with either an emulsifier, enzyme or traffic cleaner. The severity of the soiling will determine the level of cleaning. 

Step 4: Fringe Cleaning

Fringes can really make or break how clean a rug looks. Most fringes are dyed with a lighter color, so when they get dirty and soiled it can really make the entire rug look bad. Step 5: Steam Clean

Step 6: Acid Rinse

A acid rinse ensure that whatever cleaning solutions are recommended for your rug, are throughly removed and neutralized. This will ensure that the rug will not attract more dirt and soils. 

Step 7: Drying and Grooming

Once the rug is steam cleaned, it is hung for air drying in a controlled temperature room. When the rug is dry, it is groomed with a nylon brush.

Step 8: Post Inspection and Delivery

Our cleaning technicians will give the rug a post inspection and schedule it for delivery. Your rug will be wrapped in plastic to protect it from re-soiling during storage until it is delivered. Upon delivery, we will lay the rug for you where you would like.
