Before we at TLC Carpet Care can start cleaning your carpets our carpet cleaning technicians must inspect the carpet beforehand to identify the type of carpet and if there is any damage to your carpet. If there are uncommon stains like coffee, urine, rust, feces or blood, such stains need to be treated with specific protein stain remover to remove them permanently.

TLC Carpet Care charges by the room charges are based on the average size of 300 SF per room. Any room more then 300 SF will be charged an extra fee pending the size of the room. We ask that vacuum your carpets before our arrival and that you move all breakables and furniture you want cleaned under be moved out of the are of cleaning before our arrival, If assistance is needed, then please ask the technician when they arrive.
