1. Walk-through: TLC Carpet Care's technician will walk through the rooms that need to be cleaned, identifying any problem and any damage as well as conditions like heavy soiling, pet urine, stains, or lingering odors. Your technician will talk with you about what needs to be done and the price. 
2. Move Furniture: We will move light furniture, Any heavy object such as beds, china hutches, pool tables, dining room tables or chairs, bed rooms furniture will not be moved. All liabilities such as entertainment centers, tv's , computers will also not be moved. 
3. Vacuum: Using a professional grade vacuum, we will vacuum every room wall to wall, to remove as much of the dirt and debris as possible.
4. Pre-spot: Using our enzyme solutions, we pre-treat all  the carpets surface stains before we begin steam cleaning to ensure the best chance of removing stains and high traffic soiling. 
5. Carpet Cleaning: We will use our bio- enzyme carpet cleaning solutions, applying a light mist across the surface. The soil is dissolved by the cleaning solution and then rinsed and extracted with our cleaning wands.
