Carpet Cleaning Prep: Carpet Cleaning Castle Rock  

At TLC Carpet Care we ask that you thoroughly vacuum the rooms and stairs that we will be cleaning, especially if you have pets. If there is any furniture that you want moved, we suggest that you move it prior to your carpet cleaning appointment. With some of the higher and non breakable furniture we offer furniture moving for seniors or those who maybe handicapped. Make note however we do not move bedroom furniture or heavy furniture like pianos, entertainment centers, hutches bookcases, large beds or other similarly heavy items. We also do not move electronics (TV 's, music systems, computers, lamps, etc.) We also ask you to remove breakables such as vases, pictures and or plants.

Moving of Furniture is performed only during the time of the service. Note that we do not disassemble furniture like beds or move the furniture from one room to another. We will only move furniture that can be safely moved without risk of someone being injured. Breakables and Electronic items will not be moved.

Please remove any items like kids toys or clothes of the carpets prior to your cleaning appointment. 

If you would like to move your own furniture, please do this before the technician arrives, not during the cleaning and some furniture may have to wait until the carpet is completely dry before putting it back. Doing so could cause staining to the carpet and furniture.
