- Place a new dry towel over the damp stain area. Place a heavy book over the towel. You want to leave this there over night so that anything in the fibers will cause a browning effect.
- Repeat steps if stain sill persisit. You will want a full day before. This may take a day or two. It is VERY important to allow those interior fibers to dry completely so that you get no wicking.
- Placing a commercial fan after all your cleaning efforts will help quicken the dry times. Also your AC will act like a dehumidifier. What ever you do do not turn up your heat as this will cause humidity and take longer for your carpets to dry.
