 Do buy store bought carpet detergents, shampoos or spotters.  Some people are addicted to their carpet spotters like Resolve, Natures Miracle and oxyclean, but too much detergent that is high in PH in the carpet will result in a dirt attracting residue that will make your carpet appear dirty faster, some can even bleach out your carpets,
