• Use the recommended treatment provided by your carpet cleaning technician to receive the 30-day pet odor elimination guarantee. Odors caused by ammonia gasses are only guaranteed when both Bio- Modifier and Urine Stain Remover are used.
• The Pet Solutions Package must be allowed to run their seven-day course. If you still smell the pet odor releasing ammonia gasses into the air after seven days you need to call TLC Carpet Care to retreat. Call us as soon as possible to schedule a follow up application. TLC Carpet Care will return as many times as needed within 30 days of the first carpet cleaning at no additional charge. This time frame allows for about two Pet Solutions treatments. Yellowing cause by pet urine will require Urine Stain Remover. 
• The Pet Solutions package guarantee does not cover odors coming from your air vents, damage to your upholstery,  or other hard surfaces in your house. However, TLC Carpet Care can help you locate these problem areas, and recommend there chemicals to take care of them.
